I want to get the most out of my Halloween costume this year. Any suggestions?
Halloween is such a fun time of year. The candy, the crisp air, and of course the costumes. I love the idea of getting a real investment piece out of your costume. My advice is to pick out the item that you really want, and base your costume around it.A quality red coat is classic and seasonless. When paired with a flowing maxi skirt and a pussy-bow blouse, it also makes an excellent Little Red Riding Hood costume. Another great option is treating yourself to a short mod dress. In addition to being a great anchor piece for a swinging ’60s getup, it’ll really stand out come party season. The trick here is to think outside the box. A DANNIJO statement necklace could be the centerpiece of a Cleopatra look, or a Vince moto jacket could help you channel James Dean.
