Bustiers are fun new update for spring. A wide range of designers have included them in their collection this season, everyone from Alice + Olivia to Parker. Try pairing one with a high-waisted skirt in a coordinating hue, or dress it down with high-rise denim. Beware of low-rise bottoms with cropped styles—they will display more midriff than I’d recommend. But if the bustier is full- length, feel free to work in a slouchy pant or boyfriend jean. Keep accessories understated—your top is doing all the talking—but consider bringing in some attitude with shoe choice, like a flirty wedge or strappy sandal.
