| My favorite Halloween costume of my adult life was the year I went as Rollergirl. I wore satin short-shorts, a top that tied at my ribcage, huge hot-rollered hair, lots of lip gloss and body glitter, and of course, roller skates. And I loved it. (Well, except the part where I walked home in my socks, holding my skates.) This is a bold confession from someone who publically claims Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and Kate Moss as her personal style icons. Lesson to be learned? I need to bring more girly-as-all-get-out glamour into my wardrobe. | |
