Last night we attended Jen Kao’s GORGEOUS show at Milk: visions of a romantic island beach, the perfect fantasy. The models walked down an impressive sand design in macramé gladiator sandals. Cascading layers of chiffon were paired with more structured dresses, and feminine jersey silhouettes had leather insets, creating the perfect balance of hard and soft.
Worth noting: Flowy, floor-sweeping hems; crochet, macramé, and fringe; soft palette of ivory, dusty green, pale rose, and Caspian blue; slicked-back, frizzy hair.
And, it was great to see Bambi on the runway, a model we fell in love with at Australian Fashion Week last season!
