I had wanted to buy these boots forever, and my trip to South Africa was the perfect excuse to pull the trigger. My suitcase was a packed as my travel schedule, but I knew that because of their transitional fabric and comfortable height, they were worth the space. Turns out it was one of my smartest packing decisions ever. These boots accompanied me everywhere: trotting throughout the vineyards of South Africa, hiking to the top of the southernmost tip of Africa, and at safari base camp. For shark diving, I stuck to the wetsuit, but sure enough, my booties carried me all the way to the boat!
